BOAT TRIPS!

 

  • Our trip to the Island of Mull was really popular in 2023. This year, we'll be sticking to the large Isle of Mull ferry.
  • This means no booking, the Isle of Mull ferry has a bar, restaurant and amazing views of castles and scenery.
  • Lunch options on Mull or explore the Fairy Trails.

 

  • We will have more paddle boarding,  sea swimming sessions and indoor and outdoor workshops in 2024 - TBC.

 

  • See our Optional Extra's section for  - Coastal Connections Treshnish Islands trip.  It's a trip of a life time. 

SCENIC LESBIAN CRUISE TO ISLE OF MULL!

 

  • Join us on board the Isle of Mull Ferry for a short trip to the Island of Mull.
  • Join our guided, scenic HIKES around Mull, seeing waterfalls & breathtaking views over Mull & Lismore.
  • Bring your cossie or borrow a wetsuit from us for WILD SWIMMING.

 

  • Choose from our scenic lesbian booze cruise or explore the fairy trails, have a delicious lunch or an outdoor spa and hot tub on mull.

 

BEACH TRIP, PADDLEBOARDING, WILD SWIMMING & SNORKELLING SESSIONS

  • Oban's crystal clear waters are world famous for snorkelling & diving.  Come & join us & see what swims past!
  • Wild swimming, sunbathing (subject to availability!) and paddle boarding are all available, or you can simply go for a wander along the shore taking in the spectacular scenery!
  • We have crew who are qualified paddlesports instructors, STA open water swimming coaches, safeguarding and first aid qualified.

 

  • Bring your paddleboard, wetsuit or bikini!
  • Watersports are subject to weather as we will always prioritise safety.  All watersports are undertaken at your own risk.  You must not enter the water after drinking.

 

  • If you're a swimmer, bring your costume to Mull.  We offer an idyllic island view if you choose to wild swim, hike our forestry tracks or enjoy the scenery with a pint or over lunch.
  • We have paddleboards, life jackets, wetsuits & towfloats to borrow.  We will have sign up sheets available at OLW.

VANLIFE

  • Our workshop facilitator, Jo has had over 20 years of Vanlife & conversion experience.
  • Learn more about different types of van conversions & what kind of Campervan suits you & your budget.
  • Network with other Campervan owners & find new park ups.
  • Explore some real life van conversions, pros & cons.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Gill Williamson is an award winning photographer.  Join Gill, as she teaches you how to take the best photos from your phone or use your SLR camera.
  • Part of this workshop is at our venue, then join Gill as she takes you to some scenic parts of Oban for our practical photography session.

 

FORAGING

  • Spend an hour learning what you can eat on the walk.
  • Run by the little foragers kitchen.

 

POLY / ENM

Are you in an ENM relationship or is it something you've always wanted to consider?  This will be an opportunity to meet others interested in poly & ENM lifestyles and to gain more information in our fun workshop

 

 

SOBER SOCIAL - WHISKEY TASTING & NON-ALCOHOLIC WHISKEY TASTING OPTIONS

  • We don't think LGBTQ+ events should be all about alcohol!  While sensible drinking at OLW is allowed, our sober social is free & a great way to meet like minded sober women at OLW. 
  • There is an extra charge for these whiskey or non-alcoholic version workshops.More info coming soon.

MEET OTHERS FOR YOGA & MEDITATION SESSIONS BY THE SEA

 

  • We also have a shemanic drumming meditation experience.
  • Enjoy the scenery and the women while keeping fit or just the view!

  • Small walking groups give plenty of opportunity for socialising and chatting surrounded by gorgeous scenery!

POLY / ENM - WHAT IS IT? 

 

It’s not for everyone but for those of you interested or maybe already living some form of poly or ethical non monogamy life, we are having a POLY WORKSHOP AT OBAN LESBIAN WEEKEND.
